You have temporary wins, but end up disheartened, depleted, and another deadline pressing.
You might feel trapped in a “2.0 success” seeker-achiever treadmill,
but don’t know how to get off, fear it could get worse, or should be grateful for the great life you have.A secret is that you’re not waking up inspired, and feel imposter pressure to inspire others, hit numbers, be smarter, faster, better, but make people feel safe in these unprecedented times.

Dear efforting on the edge Leader,
It’s time to stop giving your power away, stop playing small, reboot your true destiny, and wake up to your greater Joy. None of this is selfish or trite. This is a cosmic LOVE letter into your deepest heart of hearts. And a wake up call your soul pre-ordered. We don’t have the stomach for polite chat or hackneyed web copy, do we? We’re only here to liberate you out of the 2.0 success “American Dream” slumber you’ve been sucked into. It’s not really your fault. It’s the default you’ve been programmed to put up with (while also being paid, promoted, punished and perplexed.) Funny-- the disco song “Staying Alive” is wafting up. As a messenger of higher LOVE-WISDOM-TRUTH, I think it wants to not let your soul be like a boiling frog, sneakily killed in tiny temperature increments, over a slow simmer of the next scheduled meeting and trying to be a good girl or boy, while there’s a secret longing-- for one more minute. Not if there’s no real inspiration & innovation in it.
This illogical, indestructible, Infinite LOVE wants you to know that you didn’t come here to squelch your true genius to punch a clock, scribble on sticky notes (that don’t really change things) at another offsite, or slip into accidentally settling for a great life they say is the ladder to climb, checking boxes more than lighting up the flame inside of yourself, and the people you are meant to spark and illuminate a new way forward.
We applaud all of your accomplishments, kindness, patience, and perseverance. Take ten fully deserved full bows.
And when you rise, rise. Don’t fall back asleep. Don’t slide back onto the seeker-achiever-adaptive-strategic treadmill. That is always YOUR choice.
If you’re reading this, your Future Self is calling you; holding a ticket for you to leave the airport of Scare City, dissolve old wound stories, forgive past betrayals, and set yourself free to soar, learn groovy new skills for creating your 3.0 living, loving and leading well.
Or you can hit the snooze button, check your phone for what you’re supposed to get done today and ignore this message.
Put up with patterns or activate new possibilities. Going along to do a good job or going or the real gold of inner alchemy and outer abundance in infinite flow.
Your Future Self’s call is on hold. What shall we tell them?

Authentic Inspired Destiny :-)
A part of you feels you should take care of what’s urgently on your plate (or trying to spin plates). Our clever inner voices try to convince us how to be safe and happy. But trying to do a good job gets in the way of your greatest work. **Ironcially, you are letting them down by not activating the fully authentic aliveness in you, or them. Let’s face it, being a “good leader” in today’s uncertain, volatility is harder than ever! Imagine not much really changes and 2.0 trying is still depleting you and costing lost opportunities a year from now, or two or ten? Is that OK with your soul’s true imperative and what your Future Self wants for your happiness and gifts to come out to play?
One of my purpose statements came as “I am the honking horn that won’t let you be asleep to your True Spirit.” My deepest heart does not want you to settle, play small or put off for one more minute if there’s no real joy in it.
It’s not easy to take the leap, to trust differently, to disentangle from embedded norms,
It does require more sensitive awareness, compassion, breaking patterns, a unique kind of support, lots of practice, finding the right people to trust, and cultivating mastery along the way.
